The Founder
XP-NOVA was born from a conviction: Africa needs engineers who speak the language of funders.
Josten Wandji
Trained as an electromechanical engineer, Josten Wandji founded XP-NOVA after identifying the structural deficit in agricultural project management in Cameroon. Drawing on cross-disciplinary experience in industrial engineering, project development and entrepreneurship, he designed XP-NOVA as an integrated engineering firm covering the 9 key dimensions of the agro-industrial project cycle — from technical feasibility to financing mobilisation, including international standards and ESG impact.
His vision: transforming Cameroon's agricultural potential into bankable, sustainable projects connected to export markets — with local teams strengthened at each assignment.
