Why XP-NOVA exists
Cameroon has exceptional agricultural potential — 7 agro-ecological zones, historic export value chains (cocoa, coffee, banana, cotton), and a domestic market of 28 million consumers. Yet the majority of agro-industrial projects never reach the financing stage.
The causes are structural: lack of project engineering, insufficient feasibility studies, business plans not meeting lender requirements, lack of connection to certified markets, and weak mastery of export standards.
XP-NOVA fills this gap. We bring the multidisciplinary engineering that most promoters lack internally — so that projects move from idea to disbursement.

Every study is built on verified field data. We do not produce business plans based on des hypothèses non vérifiées.
XP-NOVA advises in the interest of the project and the promoter — without conflicts of interest with suppliersseurs ou équipementiers.
Each project integrates a social, environmental and local economic impact analysis — necessary conditions for bankability with lenders.
