What is the minimum budget to work with XP-NOVA?
There is no strict minimum budget. We work on projects ranging from 50 million to several billion FCFA. What matters is the viability of the project and the motivation of the promoter. The initial pre-diagnosis is always free.
How much does a feasibility study cost?
The cost depends on the scope of the mission (value chain, complexity, project size). A simple feasibility study starts from 2.5 million FCFA. A complete file (feasibility + BP + ESG + financing plan) is between 5 and 15 million FCFA depending on complexity. We provide a precise quote after the free pre-diagnosis.
Does XP-NOVA guarantee obtaining financing?
No — no consulting firm can legally guarantee a financing decision. What we guarantee is a professionally structured file that meets lenders' actual requirements. Our historical approval rate on projects we have fully supported is 85%.
My project is still at the idea stage — is it too early?
On the contrary — now is the best time. Starting from the idea stage allows us to guide structural choices to maximize bankability. It costs less to start well than to redo a study after misdirected investments.
Does XP-NOVA operate outside Cameroon?
Yes, we operate throughout the CEMAC zone (Cameroon, Gabon, CAR, DRC, Congo, Chad). Our core market remains Cameroon, but we have active missions in Gabon and the CAR.
