Overview

XP-NOVA trains and structures Cameroonian smallholder organisations, cooperatives and agri-food SMEs so they professionally manage their activities, retain their members and access financing and institutional markets.

Problem solved: Many cooperatives have formal registration but operate without structured governance, reliable accounting, collection plans or quality control. This organisational weakness is a dealbreaker for funders and buyers.ur les bailleurs et acheteurs internationaux.
