Value chain overview

Cameroon has diversified but insufficiently valorised tropical fruit production — high post-harvest losses, low processing, marginal exports. XP-NOVA structures the value chain to reduce losses and access regional and international markets.

Kent mangoes from the South, Sanaga pineapple, Hass avocado from the highlands and plantain banana from the Littoral constitute value chains with strong commercial potential, both for supplying Cameroonian cities and for export to Europe and the CEMAC region.
