Project to create a semi-industrial dairy processing unit in Maroua, designed to structure the milk value chain in the Far North region. The project addresses a major deficit in local dairy products.aitiers transformés localement et à une demande urbaine croissante.

XP-NOVA carries out the techno-economic feasibility study, unit sizing (1,500 L/day), the financing structure and a bankable business plan for the AfDB within the PRODEBALT programme.

The project includes a component training farmers in good milking and storage practices de conservation du lait cru.
