Project description

Programme for valorising high-altitude Arabica coffee from the Bamiléké Highlands, aiming for SCA 82+ on the best micro-lots, structuring the quality post-harvest process (central washing station) and positioning Bamiléké coffee on European and Asian specialty markets.

Objectives

  • Build a central wet mill with 50 t/season capacity
  • Train 240 producers in cherry sorting and quality protocols
  • Achieve an average SCA score of 82+ on the 3 best micro-lots
  • Obtain Origin certification and position 10 t in specialty from the 2025 harvest
  • Conclude partnerships with 4 European specialty roasters
